I want to personally apologize to our fans for this 0-3 start. We have not got it done for some reason, but this team is a fighter and we WILL respond, I guarantee that. This is a character test for us. We went through losing 3 in a row last year during the 2nd Quarter of the season. Now our test came early this season, so let all the Buc believers, fans, players, coaches, critics, band together with shovels in hand and start digging out of this hole.

The bye comes at the right time and our prayers go to god for Chris Simms. Thank god he was not hurt more seriously. he is resting and we look to see him get better daily. Now the challenge is to trust one another and focus in the short term and that is New Orleans in 2 weeks. That is the only game that matters. As always, pray for our troops in Iraq that are fighting on a daily basis for us.
