Thanks for coming by my website.  We look forward to another great year on hit55.net and giving you the fans a lot of opportunities to interact with myself and stay informed on what is going on in my life on and off the field.  So far camp is going well and we are getting better daily in all three phases of our football team.  I am personally challenging myself to be the best LB everyday and keeping my mind and body fresh.  Coach Gruden has really handled the team and put more trust in us veterans to work hard and demand hard work from others.  Virtually, lead by example as veterans.  We start to prepare for the Dolphins and see our football team in action.  Most teams are ready to play someone else by now and this weekend will be fun to sell all the preseason games!  Please pray for our troops because we are STILL a nation at war.  Also best of luck to all of our Olympic athletes competing in Beijing and representing our great country.
